Empowering you through Counselling Therapy
My name is Catherine Tang, as a counselling therapist I would like to work with you through any issues or life changes you may be experiencing, or to explore new ideas or other personal challenges through strength-based counselling.
My motivation is based on seeing people achieve successful and balanced mental well-being in their approach to living, at home, at work and in all their relationships.
I enjoy supporting my fellow human beings, as they empower themselves towards being able to see greater, newer possibilities for themselves, and reducing their stress to create more room, to make any necessary changes and to overcome barriers in achieving personal goals.
TALKING IS THERAPEUTIC. AS YOU TALK, YOU CREATE A SPACE AND THE TRANQUILITY, WHERE YOU CAN BECOME INCREASINGLY AWARE OF YOURSELF, YOUR THOUGHT PATTERNS, AND WHAT IS CREATING YOUR INNER CONFLICT.
Feel the courage
Be courageous. Change is inevitable. A bit of courage is all you need because you matter, and you are here, ready to listen to that inner voice asking you to take ownership of your life. I am also ready to listen.
Be curious. All of us experience emotional discomfort over the course of our lives, identifying what does not reasonate with us, can only empower, help us grow and be more confident. I am ready to grow with you.
Be strong. With a bit of hope and willingness you can navigate through life's changes, uncertainties and challenges. You can choose to heal to move forward and be ready to embrace life. I am here to help.
