Who am I?
Catherine Tang, is a qualified counsellor and affiliated member of the Australian Counselling Association.
I have cultivated a life whereby mental wellbeing is the solid foundation for experiencing an authentic and fulfilling life. I would like to draw upon my own experiences to give back to my community.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to harness their true potential to face life and its hurdles as it comes.
I am committed to providing humanistic, strength-based solution focussed and intuitive counselling. My aim is to work alongside you with respect and in confidence. I am here to help you see things in a different light, to benefit your life and well-being. My work focusses on identifying your own resources and strengths to build your confidence, resillience and to restore your balance so you are ableto manage whatever comes their way in the long term.

Qualifications

Catherine Tang has a diploma in Counselling from The Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and is looking to progress with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is also a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association.
​
Catherine has trained and volunteered for the Family Drug Support (FDS), a 24 hour hotline to support families and friends who are involved with individuals suffering from drug abuse.
​
Catherine is affiliated with the eBeacon foundation through the MyRoad Program to connect young Australians with industry leaders to kickstart their careers.
