Although I am trained in different ways to provide counselling or therapy, my aim as a counsellor is to be along side you, supporting you, at a moment of your life whilst you rediscover your path. To focus on all aspects of your well-being, the physical, the social, the personal and the spiritual.

-
Work with you as you pause, regroup and find the direction you seek at your own pace
-
Help you relate more to yourself, and tackle life with confidence
-
Provide guidance towards restoring your equilibrium and well-being as you heal

I am committed to providing therapeutic counselling by way of a more humanistic, strength-based and intuitive counselling. I am here to listen, to hear, and to validate your experiences to best benefit your well-being.
My work focusses on identifying clients' own resources and strengths to build confidence, resillience and restoring balance to be able to make choices that lead to a more meaningful way of living for them.
“The most important thing I learned (from Catherine) was that life is all about learning and patience. Not everywhere we’ll have easy paths so it will take time, so learning and coping with the problem and solving it is what is important.”

"Today's program (with Catherine) was valuable as it helped me see things clearly. It gave me an open mind and made me realise that I control me. My thoughts, actions and feelings are all controlled by me, and I shouldn't let anyone else influence them."

"The most important thing I learnt today from Catherine, is that self-confidence is important. As well as just blocking out the 'haters' and those around me who create a bad atmosphere around me, clouding me with their negativity. Like I don't mind helping people with their issues, but when their issues become mine; it’s kind of disheartening because of the unwanted conflict. But If I just keep my head up, everything will be alright."
