At times the unease we feel with ourselves can be a prod from the inside, inviting us to be courageous and open to being vulnerable and honest with ourselves, to welcome a deeper change in our lives.

A personal note on counselling

Dear All,

Change as they say is a constant companion. The need for change may stem from normal progression of life where our mindset, our beliefs, purpose, or values, triggered by certain events, become challenged.

It is a signal for us to look inward because change needs to occur, before we are able to move forward positively. And this is where counselling can work for you. Together, if you permit, we can explore to understand why you are seeking counselling. It can be a simple issue or something much deeper.

The feelings that may arise at first, are fear, resistance and curiosity but this particular inward journey of discovery is always bumpy before it gets easier. â€‹It can also bring about a range of emotions as you thank through the sessions, pain, sadness, grief, disappointment, amazement, but also joy.

Take care,

Catherine
